[*]浅析重轨连铸坯高温力学性能
    连铸坯的质量对重轨产品有重要影响,裂纹则是影响连铸坯质量的主要原因。裂纹的形成主要是由于在高温连铸过程中,铸坯所受应力超过了其在较高温度下的断裂强度或断裂极限应变造成的,与连铸坯的高温性能有直接关系。自1971年,Adams提出以断面收缩率表示连铸坯的热塑性,以抗拉强度表示连铸坯在不同温度下的强度指标以来,人们一直以这两个指标评价连铸坯的高温性能。因此,研究重轨连铸坯在凝固过程中的高温塑性和抗拉强度是控制重轨铸坯裂纹和改善铸坯质量的基础。
    The quality of continuous casting billet has important effect on heavy rail, the crack is the main reason that affects the quality of continuous casting billet. Crack formation is mainly due to the high temperature in the process of continuous casting slab, the stress exceeds its under high temperature fracture strengthfracture limit strain, there is a direct relationship between the high temperature performance of continuous casting billet. Since 1971, Adams proposed in section shrinkage said billet thermoplastic, taking the tensile strength represents the strength index under different temperature of billet, high temperature performance has been based on the two evaluation index of continuous casting slab. Therefore, study on the continuous casting billet in solidification process of high temperature plastic tensile strengthis the control of heavy casting cracksimprove the basic quality of billet.
