    对重轨生产而言,传统意义上的压缩比已经不能反映轨头,轨腰及轨底的实际变形规律。经过严格控制的连铸坯,其在组织结构上仍无法与初轧坯(经过切头、切尾和大变形)相比。重轨轧制工艺应做相应彻底改进,重轨性能在钢质得到保证的情况下,主要依赖于轧制工艺对组织进行改善,与初轧坯相比,其原有的轧制工艺从以变形为主转到以承担形状控制和组织控制双重任务为主。
